Steps to achieving a healthy lifestyle
1) Drink more water : water is essential for our bodies to function, do you know over 60 percent of our body is made up of water.
2) Get enough sleep: lack of sleep causes premature aging, and you wouldn't want that so have enough sleep.
3) Meditate: It quietens you mind and calms your soul.
4) Exercise: Not just a few times a week but everyday.
5) Eat more fruits: fruit contains a plethora of vitamins and minerals .
6) Eat more veggies.
7) Cut down on processed foods.
